Submitted a cancellation form for my contract on the 2 of june 2015 as required by 8ta.my contract was coming to an end at the end of june.i spoke to a consultant by the name of Ngqobile who confirmed receipt of the form and said on 30 of june 15 the contract will be cancelled.on the 1 of july 15...i received bundles...and im told the Retentions department is looking into it...im not sure what its being looked into...i want my contract cancelled with immediate effect.8ta us being doddy about cancelling my contract wanting to bill me for july which to me amounts to *****.im struggling to get hold of the so called retentions department....this is wrong at all level
