CONTRACT

It appears that they are ******. I'm very crossed about the way they do things. First of all I opened up a contract with them in July 2019. Then when I wanted to cancel my contract as it was due for that, they told me that my contract will expire in October I then canceled it via telephone conversation with their agent. Now on the 1st of November, they sent me data of which I have canceled. it. Then today the 2nd of November they send me the SMS saying that my contract will expire in January hence I may upgrade it. What is that? They just want to keep on robbing me. I have tried to call them several times and it takes me only on a voice machine. No one answering my call. ****** OUT OF *****.
