Contract

I have an account with telkom and have been ridiculously billed for many months. I went to their branch to complain and was told to call them. They said my account was not on top up, I took the R99 data contract. I asked the lady to put it back to top up. This month they say my account bill is R701, I call them again and they say I have subscriptions. 2 different stories for 1 problem.

Telkom mobile, why am I paying so much for my R99 contract?
