Contract

Im a contract with telkom for 1gig free me data, 3000 on net minutes, 1gig all network data, 50 smses, and A2 Samsung. My problem is that the sim always says emergency calls only. I tried to contact telkom for this matter but I was not helped. I feel ****** by telkom because Im am paying for something Im not using. The contract will mature 2021 August.
