I’m so disappointed & upset with Telkom , they are useless & the Call centre is so unhelpful.

I paid my monthly instalment cash a they debit me a then I still get blocked . Tell me to wait 7/14 working days before my phone works . So what happens to the 2 weeks not having to use my phone . Then I’m in credit an 2 week later my phone gets cut again a then they say I Must wait 7 working days ? So what’s happening to the 3 weeks I paid for ???
