Contract

Hi I have a complian, i took a contract with Telkom almost two years back, decided that i won't upgrade when the contract expires. To my surprise someone who is definitely not me managed to upgrade the contract with my details tried to call the courier company based in Caps Town but no help. I called Telkom to lodge complian, was told to compile an affidavit and go to the shop, was given this reference number ***847753. Last week i was debited almost R 850 for a phone i don't have nor use, when i called the accounts department of Telkom i was told that the case is under investigation. I really do not have this money to be donating every month n my credit profile is getting affected.
