Hello!! any home at Telkom online shopping?<br> For the past week I tried to get hold of Telkom via their 'call me back', 'order now' and 'sent email' options on their shopping website. <br> See copy of email attached.<br> Dear Customer<br> Thank you for your online application. We are trying to get hold of you to complete your online application.<br> <br> Regards <br> Online Sales<br> .<br> <br> Hi online sales<br> <br> Thank you for your email.<br> twice I received or rather had a chance to answer a call from yourselves and was asked to hold, then later disconnected.<br> More than that only received missed calls from yourselves.<br> This morning, the second I answered the call it was disconnected without any reply on your side.<br> <br> If you check the number of times I requested 'call back' and 'order' it should be evident that I certainly wish to complete my application.<br> <br> Please call again, I will be waiting.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> I copied and pasted this email on their send email direct link this morning, but still no call or reply.
