Continuously ( 2 years to be precise) unreliable and shocking Telkom service with no support.

It has been over 2 years since we moved in a new place. Over this period we have both not fully functional land line and extremely unstable ADSL. Almost a R1000/month for a non existent service . Speed on download and upload is less than 0.08 Mbps on average. Numerous calls for service, numerous checks and visits, 4 applications for fiber over the past year pending, complaints on Hello Peter and still no resolution. How is it that a single person has not called us back and a single manager can not be reached. Sadly there is the monopoly and day after day they are getting richer while service is getting poorer.
