Continuous telkom line problems

<p>I have continuous voice line problems with my line I have telkom,I have to report a fault every month sometimes 4 to 6 times a month the line is more down than what it is working.</p> <p>Line has never worked right from the day they installed it.the line is always noisy and then the line will be dead one day and the next day it works again and I keep getting told it's the rain the cables get wet it will come right but funny enough the line has being done that since it was put in and it was in the winter when there was no rain.</p> <p> </p> <p>techician was at my premises today to fix the line and guess what it still not working,but every month I have to pay my line that isn't working telkom knows very well to ***** money from there customers just like the government.</p> <p> </p> <p> ********** </p>
