Continuous Disappointed With Telkom

Telkom is robbing us..they take our monthly instalments promptly but they do.not provide the best service to their customers...My cellphone forever has no signal...it has to be rebooted so many times but to no avail...we go on days and nights without the use of a cellphone because of no signal...what about our businesses..we rely on cellphone communication to run out companies..this.has been.going on far too long..telkom needs.to sort their customers out..because this is becoming too frustrating
