Continuous deductions on expired & cancelled contract

I notice Telkom of my cellphone contract cancellation 2 months ago (as my contract expired end in January) and they informed me that the cancellation will kick in this month April. Now they just sent me an invoice with an intent to make a deduction this month on the 15th. I need your urgent intervention.
