Continuous ADSL Line problem

<p>Its been a week since contacting telkom for something that I was told should take 24 to 48 hours. I try follow up but all I get is the refrence number that I can't even follow up on because its not linked to anything. Contacting your social media team is useless, your direct stores (which I thought would work) just as terrible and don't even get me started on the call center. I keep contacting but all I get the refrence number that doesnt work. If you'd like your useless ref number here it is: AI ********** . I don't get why its the customers responsiblity to keep following up on their requests which they're been given a turn around time for, have you ever heard of iterm feedback or is that also an unknown to you just like my quer? I expect someone to contact me with a resolution but yet again not much to expect from your company seeing as I'm probably not the only person facing this problem</p>
