Continues Bad Service Delivery

Friday Afternoon, my poor network responses started.<br> Saturday Continues and phoned 10210 person answered re created my ports and my restarted modem. (Not resolved)<br> Saturday Phoned again around 14:00 Hope answered, placed me on hold for 20 minutes. Person most probably took a break or made like she was busy.<br> Called for a third time lady assisted re created ports again and after this I could atleast access the internet again and I was told Telkom THROTTLED my account.<br> <br> Again here is it ***** logic:<br> 1.Got Uncapped account<br> 2.Cannot use the online tracking tool as it clearly states you do not need it as you are on an uncapped acc.<br> 3.The fair usage policy does not apply as again got an uncapped account and there is no limits to usage specified ANYWHERE AT ALL.<br> <br> SORT this OUT! You will yet again Compensate me on my bill for this poor speed for Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon.<br> <br> Worst of all is Got humiliated by telkom because I had to explain to a friend why he cannot update his Android cellphone from my wifi because of telkom setting unseen limits to uncapped accounts.<br> <br> Again no one contacted me to date with regards to previous complaints!!!<br> <br> Cant wait for another company to allow full adsl support!!!!
