Continued missed appointments, failure to follow through on confirmed installations

<p>PATHETIC SERVICE from telkom! After confirming a date with an opperations specialist, yet again, no one showed up for the installation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet again, no one followed up with me as client, no one is keeping me updated with proceedings, and no one can give me answers as to why the service delivery has fallen short yet again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking on legal matters and suing for damage expenses as I have lost business as a result of days taken off to be at my premesis on the confirmed dates.</p> <p> </p> <p>GET THE RELEVANT PARTIES TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON APPOINTMENTS!!!!</p>
