Continued evasion

I've been waiting on delivery of broadband since last Monday. Every time I speak to someone, they promise it will be delivered within a day or 2, then when I phone a couple days later, they still have not processed my order.<br> <br> Nolungelo, who I dealt with initially, does not respond to my emails, and the only person who has called me back was Xolani, who has no personal stake in my order (although he had no accurate information either).
