Continued debit after canceled contract

Telkom this account number ***on contact was canceled in May 2022 but you are still debiting the account of an old lady who has called to cancel your contract after it has expired. Telkom fix this and credit all the money you have taken from this old lady. Your service is poor and disappointing to say the least!
