Content services mysteriously added

You get no assistance from Telkom. They make it virtually impossible to speak to a call agent. I have a Sim card in a router with an LTE contract but somehow content services were added to this number at R7 a day a whole month ago. How is this possible if the Sim card is in a router 24/7???
