Contact was signed but nothing else was done

I have downgraded my contract with telkom. It was never done as the store is full of stories. It is now the 16th of Feb and no attention to my complaint is done and I am still paying the previous contracts amount. Not even the area manager is attending to the problem. Where do I go to get someone to assist. I think I must contact the consumer board and complain about false advertising.
