CONTACT ME ASAP HELLKOM

I app**** for a TELKOM fixed line contract on the 5th of October, spoke to an agent who advised that in 14 days it will be connacted. its the 23rd October and still nothing. I cannot even get hold of a landline number to speak to a consultant to cancel this nonsense immediately. i mean i havent even started and already these people are being ridiculous. I had heard that telkom was nonsensical but this is beyond. Please contact me ASAP.
