Contact linked to another person's name

The telkom shop in Worcester, western cape somehow linked my cellphone contract to another person's. I have been fighting and dealing with telkom since last year January when i opened the contract about their error. Telkom point blank told me there is nothing they can do about it and it is a civil matter however the mistake was theirs. The third party person linked my account to their my telkom and can now transfer my airtime and data and they have done so. Once again telkom said that there is nothing they can do because according to them the matter had been sorted out. It is costing me a large amount to try and buy out my contract because these people that have been linked to my account has sent me nasty messages and transferring my data. Never ever in my lifetime have a receiver such ****ty service (excluding jodeane) in my life. From the branch manager to the guy that opened my contract( Ken) has not once been able to tell me what is really going on and getting the matter sorted. Never in my life will i deal with telkom again
