Contact details for Telkom Customer Care do not provide all required options

My mother is experiencing problems with her landline number or the actual phone. She has been having the challenge since last week Thursday. Trying to get in contact with a Call Centre agent is a nightmare, I don't even think the options makes sense. Please contact my mother and assist or send out a technician to conduct an assessment and assist with the repairs. My mother only speaks in Afrikaans and is based in the Northern Cape.
