Contact arrangement letter that Telkom refuse to give out

On the 7August at 12:15 I spoke to Styles Mabuza. I had a contact with Telkom and I paid the account up however my mistake was I never cancel the policy so they kept on billing my account and I kept on reversing the debit order. I'm currently unemployed, and the job I app**** for called me but before they proceed with anything they wanted an arrangement letter from Telkom.

I called Telkom and they refused to give me an arrangement letter because of company's policy. The question I have is how am I suppose to pay the account if they refuse to give me the letter that I requested. Because if Telkom doesn't give me the letter then I'll stay unemployed and that's not fair.

The said part is I don't owe them for what I took from them it's just I never cancelled the contact that's all.

I'm asking for help, I just need an arrangement letter in writing so I can forward it to the job I app**** for then I can pay out the balance. The amount that Telkom say I owe them it doesn't even get to R5000. And I can pay that within 3 months if I have a job.
