Consumer Rights Violated

On black friday Telkom ran an online deal where you get a router + 5gigs for R149. i signed up and was only contacted 2 weeks after that (mid december) i was still interested on the deal and took up the contract, i arranged to pay via debit order, prior to receiving the wifi router my account was debited with R149 and on the 17th of December 2016 my good was delivered. all was well then come the 5th of Jan, I get an invoice for the same contract and i am told i owe R798. R149 for Dec, R149 for Jan and R500 for data usage. i call in to get answers because according to my knowledge the R149 that was deducted in Dec prior to delivery should be the Dec bill, and also the R500 data usage. i get told that over and above the 5gig i get R500 SPEND LIMIT. The consultant that sold me the product failed to inform me of this spend limit, and like i mentioned it is a router, i cannot be monitoring it to see how my bill is going and over and above that, telkom did not send me an sms to inform me that i have used up my 5gig and now using out of bundle rates. I tell them that i was not aware of this spend limit. i have been given the run around trying to get this matter resolved. i am told that they can only reverse/refund me if i had used the spend limit money to purchase data or minutes BUT THEN HOW THE HELL DO I PURCHASE SUCH WHEN I AM NOT AWARE THAT I EVEN HAVE R500 TO SPEND TO BEGIN WITH. I was under the impression that i only have 5gig to use per month. Now to top it all off on 17 January 2017 my account gets debited with R798, that time i selected that my account gets debited on the 1st OF EACH MONTH. My rights as a consumer have been viloated, i have recieved pathetic service, the consultants together with their managers seem to be ***********. Telkom is doing absolutely nothing to try and help me. as it is I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT, WHERE I COULD'VE PICKED UP THIS SPEND LIMIT NONSENSE. I ASKED FOR THE RECORDING WHEN THE SALE WAS BEING MADE AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I NEED A COURT ORDER. HOW CONVENIENT! well if it has to go that route then so be it!!!!
