Consumer ***** by Telkom mobile.

Telkom is *********** their clients lately, I'm one of those client's. I have 2 data contracts with them which I'm paying a total amount of R428.00 a month. However lately my 10 gig mobile router data just disssapear like water in the soil, every 1st of the month I'm given 10 gig's. Data used to last me for the whole month , now lasts me 10 day's. After then, I have to buy data. Worse , most of the time I'm at work and the only time I use it is when I'm home after 17:00. Tried getting answers from Telkom agents, none is able to explain what is it that using my data. Some day's Telkom network is off and when network is returned, data is lesser than the last time used.
