Consumer Contract termination still not actioned after 4 months

<p>I sent a Consumer Contract and service cancellation request to Telkom on 28/03/2017, as I have sold my townhouse and decided not to continue using the service. </p> <p>Despite several calls to the call centre and repeatedly sending the above docuyment through to different call centre agents, my bank account continues to be debitted monthly- 4 months later!</p>
