Consumer Contract Renewal

I have visited Telkom mobile store in Kolonnade Shopping Center 3 times just to get contract upgrade. 1st time (23.02.19) - I was told that the device I wanted was not available in their store they will order and give me a call which did not happen. 2nd time (09.03.19) - I decided to go and check because did not receive the phone call as promised, the device was available, but they allocated wrong color. Now because it was Sat I had to wait for Monday they will give call That did not happen. 3rd time (16.03.19) - Went to check again because no phone received from the, only to find nothing has been done again. I did the upgrade on the 23.02.19 I have not received a phone till today its almost a month now.
