Consumer Act NON Compliance

<p>Currently I am a loyal high paying telkom client and when applying for a new contract instore today I was approved but when scanning out phone they could not as the new Huawei P10 plus was not loaded into their stock as yet so I was approved and signed off docs but had to come back as soon as device was loaded on system. So then I got a case number, after that I received another sms to say all was successful, I called in and was adbvised I should go collect device. On route to Telkom store I received another sms to say my application is now declined, then I got to store to find out approved application was cancelled. unnaceptable and will be esculated to ombudsman, consumer act and any further action as I was approved and want to collect my handset in the morning.</p>
