This response serves as a follow up on your query, please be advised that that the 20+20GB contract was on promotion. When migrating a contract or upgrading your are unable to migrate to a promotional package.

AMENDMENT OF Telkom Mobile STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· Telkom Mobile reserves the right to amend its standard terms and conditions from time to time, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, in so far as these amendments may relate to a Consumer, as defined.

· Telkom Mobile will place the amended terms and conditions on the Telkom Mobile website www.Telkommobile.com and file such amended terms and conditions with ICASA, and the National Consumer Commission, which amendment, from date of such filing, will thereafter be deemed to be incorporated into the Agreement.

Nthombi so what you saying is that we should rather not use Telkom and wait till Telkom are done tricking us into buying on promotion until they decide "4months" later to do another promotion for the same price at a better product charging an extra R600 to migrate. You guys can't say by selling the 20+20 GB you didn't know that 2 months later you'll double the data, sies man, it happened when we were on the 5+5gb, then pay R600 for 10+10gb now again for 20+20 GB no man why must I pay again migration costs, JUST MIGRATE ME FOR FREE I PAID MIGRATION COSTS JUST FEW MONTHS AGO!
