Consultants lying to sell contracts

I took out a contract in Oct last year, with the package I Took I was clearly told that I will get 100 free minutes and 500 mb per month. When I got the phone I was only Given 50 minutes per month And the 500mb. I was ****** of 50 minutes from the First month. I will not tolerate these consultants lying to make a quick comm. I have honoured all my payments so far but telkom has not. If I don't get my backlog of minutes I'm going to stop paying and go to the papers.
