Consultants bad attitude towards a customer_Telkom store Adderly Street

So, about two weeks ago I have laid a compliant about the franchise store in Adderly Street in branch on Twitter and I see that Telkom does not take complaints about their staff seriously. They have not gotten back to me as to what the resolve is regarding my complaint.
