Consultant promise on a package that doesn't exist

We spoke to a consultant from Telkom who offered us a package that is R899 per month which includes a DSTV Explore. We then did not want such a pricy package, so the consultant offered a package for R499, which she assured us that it includes a DSTV Explora. Today I spent hours at Telkom with a very helpful lady and she apologised and said that there's nothing she can do, but this package doesn't Include the Explora. <br> Telkom needs to keep track of what their sales team promises and make sure that they will stick to these promises that the sale consultants make. Very disappointing Telkom!
