Consultant lies and misleads customers

Telkom Rosebank is really making my life difficult. A consultant that keeps making empty promises and I am having to chase him down every time. He messed up my contract and now does not want to fix it. I have been complaining about this problem since last month and still nothing had been done. All he keeps saying is they working on it and he will get back to me. I think Telkom can take the phone back I will go to MTN or vodacom for better service.
