Consultant **** about migration to LTE now I have a huge bill

I was on ADSL uncapped month on month when Telkom 1. called me 2. offered me LTE wireless I declined the offer as I didn't want a contract.

I was called the second time and told 1. LTE will be month on month service 2. I'll get a free router provided I don't change service providers for 6 months 3. ADSL would be discontinued in my area end of the month

After 7 months I asked to cancel the Telkom service. The cancellations took 2 months (9 months with LTE)

I have received a bill for the router with the last invoice despite the consultant assuring I will not pay for it after 6 months.

Firstly, I was coerced into changing to LTE. Secondly, I've found neighbours still on ADSL right now indicating the consultant ****, about discontinuing ADSL and 6 months for the router.
