I recently app**** for a Huawei router package for 5 gig daytime and 5 gig night time for R149. The consultant (Precious) then told me that they have the same package for R99 which I signed up for. The router came on Tuesday the 19th and by Friday the 22nd the data was finished and I don't understand how. I received a messenge saying I have 500mb anytime data which is not what I signed up for. I want 5 gig. Please rectify this.
I signed up for Huawei E5573 Router with SmartInternet - 5GB and she gave me Huawei E5573 Router with SmartInternet - 500MB.
