Constantly trying to ***** from me, and get away with it, in every way imaginable!!!!!

<p>3 seperate accounts, all with discrepancies. No 1. I had a data contract which i cancelled effective october last ear. I spent the last 6 months trying to confirm that this contract had been cancelled as i was still being billed every month with penalties, my bank account being debited, and me eventually having to place a stop order on my account. No amount of hour long phonecalls and insotre instore visits has brought this harrasment to an end. I wonder what my credit rating looks like as i am 100% certain it was flawless beofre Telkom. Nverming hours of worktime, and sleep lost. No2. I have tow cellphone contracts which i specifically asked be top up contracts so that my expenses remain fixed. Single mom, teenager. you can guess my concerns. I have received bills in excess of R1600 for my contacts which total under R600, which is my budgeted spend. Again every bill was a surprise. I eventually had to get my bank to reverse amounts debited from me, but Telkom jut crested a new references and took money from my account again with no communication. Inquiry led me to discover that i was being ficiticiously billed for services i did not sign up for. Had spend limits on my account which i did not request and was being billed data when i insisted i wanted topup packages. Month in an d out of phone calls and store visits with unfulfilled promised callbacks and still no resolve. My landline which i have solely for the purpose of having internet they claimed they could not collect also had penalties loaded, their response was did i have sufficient funds in my account. I even has a midmoth payment to Tlekom mobile from my bank account under some new Tlekom myatery reference wihch did not appear on my statement. I enquired about it, was told i would get a callback.. ofcourse i am still waiting. No i would never recommend Telkom. Am so sorry i left my other service providers. Telkom *****S. I have no idea whats happening with my accounts, i prbably have a bad credit record now. At wahat point does anybody realise that this is just not right???</p>
