CONSTANT RE-OCCURRING ADSL PROBLEM

Good day,yet again I find myself having to post on Hallo Peter to get my ADSL problems resolved at TELKOM.<br> Fault ref no:756CWK150915.This is now probably the 5th time that I have the same problem with my ADSL, the previous time I was without internet,and landline for almost 2 months.I have a 2MB line,but average about .5MB or less,and the biggest issue is that my PING Ranges anything from 450 to as much as even 800 - 900.So needless to say with a ping like that there is no web browsing,and worst of all no online gaming possible.But I have to pay every month.Every time they \fix"the problem I have excellent ping of as little as 25 and even 15 for about a week or 2 and then I find myself back here again"
