Constant Issues

If you check my history I complained multiple times before an FINALLY today somebody gave me a call, The person had no phone ethics at all, an doesn't know the meaning of customer service, if Telkom actually provided good customer service maybe customers would be more understanding. Telkom agents never provide names. Technician never provide names, that's because none of them cares about representing the worst ISP. I've been without Phone an internet since September, it worked for a week an most of October I was without it, FINALLY , Rashaad resolved the issue on Monday & after my phone call today it stopped working again. I wonder if I will be getting a call or response of any kind
