CONSTANT HIGH PING
in the evening after 5pm i have a constant high ping of 300ms-1400ms and 10%-100% packet loss.<br> the port has been reset multiple time yet nothing fixes the problem. this is terrible service. i am paying for a service that is not being delivered. i can barley open a webpage let alone stream any content. this needs to be sorted out immediately!
