CONSTANT HIGH PING

And once again Telkom has horrible service. for the past WEEK i have been experiencing HIGH PING or 300ms to well over 1300ms, and it is constant and and at all times of the day, i have been doing tests throughout different time of the day and it is always the same. VERY VERY HIGH!!! And once again i am PAYING for a service that is NOT BEING DELIVERED!!!!! i am getting fed up with this lack of service and poor quality of service. browsing is next to impossible and I can not even stream a YouTube video on 360p without it stopping multiple times or even just giving up all together. currently as i am connected i have a 900ms ping and i say once again THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Fix this immediately!
