CONSTANT HARASSMENT FROM TELKOM

I have been harassed for over a year by Telkom's legal department over a resolved cancellation. I have written countless letters to Telkom 10210 and the billing department as well as provided enough proof of said communication. it's over a year and today i received yet another threatening SMS text indicating that I have been handed over. This will result in tarnishing my credit profile aside from the sheer emotional stress which is at tipping point. this is a copy of the SMS text I received AGAIN TODAY! "Your outstanding Telkom account has been handed to P&P Attorneys. Ref no.37A015863 Call *** / SMS or WhatsApp ***" I hardly think I am overreacting by posting this on social media platforms. Diane
