Constant disconnect for the past month.

I have logged a ticket with telkom on the 13th of August, since then they have only called me once. My LTE constantly disconnects every 2 min, then I only get download/upload speeds of 0.5mbps.

I am not being provided the service I signed on for. It is discouraging and will not be using telkom again after this contract expires.
