Constant debt harassment when my account has been settled with your debt collector

Telkom is properly the worst company I have ever delt with. Not only have you wasted my time, my money but you have also cost me my credit record. Due to your service being so incredibly useless I candled my contact before its expiry date.

Instead of sending me an invoice for the last amount due plus the amount to be paid due to exciting my contract early. You left me in the dark and then handed me over to a debt collector.

I settled the account with the first debt collector to avoid and credit issues on my end, you have no bothered to follow up with your debt collector however rather just continue to hand me over to other collectors, it is almost a year and a half later and you still have not cleared my account when I have a paid-up letter from the first collector you handed me over to. Your actions have damaged my credit history for absolutely no reason, I would have paid my account in full should you have just sent me an invoice as I did when the first collector contacted me.
