Constant calls

Hi Telkom, this whole entire week I've received a call at least twice a day from ********** . It's highly annoying because the person does not stop until I answer the phone. Eventually I answered this morning around 09h50 am and it was a lady who said she is calling on behalf of Telkom to sell me a router. First of all she did not sound professional and secondly it was very noisy in the background. I work for a call centre and surely the background of a phone call should sound wither professional or legit. Please advise me if this is your number and how Telkom managed to get my details? I don't have an account with Telkom so it sound's dodge to me. Could you kindly advise. Thank you.
