Constant barrage of sms*s from Telkom

I keep getting sms*s from Telkom about a contract that needs to be pre vetted and now about the VAT increase. I have spoken to numerous people and sent numerous emails to no avail.

I want to know if anyone has used my details to open an account *****ently and to ****** remove my details off your system.

I want nothing to do with your brand.

Can someone with a brain help me
