Consistently bad service

My line was down for an entire week before anyone came to even look at it. It was fine for a month now it is dead again . I log a fault now ill have to wait another week. I live in SA now and I have never come across any telecommunications company which is so bad and so inconsistent. I am puzzled by the call Centre who are supposed to be technical. They tell me my line isn't synching.. Umm, that is why I'm calling you. I run a medical practice and this has proven to be detrimental and highly inconvenient for my business.
