Consistent Poor Call Centre Service

On two separate occasions, I contacted the call centre seeking assistance, and on both occasions, the service I received was consistently unsatisfactory. My concerns were not addressed, and I left the calls without any meaningful resolution. Most concerning was my interaction with the last consultant, Lukhanya, whose service fell well below acceptable standards. Instead of receiving support, I encountered a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, which further compounded my frustration. As a customer, I expect professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy when engaging with a service provider of Telkom’s stature. Unfortunately, my recent experiences reflect a troubling lack of commitment to customer service and leave me questioning the reliability of your support systems.
