Consistent fault reports without any result

I am having the absolute worst service being provided by Telkom SA. Since the end of January 2017 I have reported a fault on my ASDL line. Being on a 10 Meg fast line and only receiving 4 - 0 Meg services in the area. You can just believe my frustration since all our office staff continuously have to have access to Internet in order to provide a service to our clients in return. Throughout the month of February the same problem continued to press with no real attention or effort being made to rectify it. I have had some connectivity at stage and at stage the line was operational for 3-4 hours and then falling back to the same old issues. When a technician contacted me in mid February they mentioned that the line capacity can only carry a 6 Meg line since the corrosion on the existing cable is to much and telkom is not planning on fixing the cable. The technicians then took it upon himself to put a limit on the current line feed to 6 Meg meaning that I will only receive between 2-4 Meg feed /service. During that week I contact the sales department regarding this alterations wanting to find out what my options where and ifind they will pass a credit on my account since I now need to operate on a 6 Meg line and am paying towards a 10Meg line. Since this is a new contract telkom wants to charge me a penalty fee now for down grading. However it is not by choice but rather by instructions from telkom .....? With this in mind I obviously did not down grade since I need to be operating on a higher line capacity obviously since we have more than 2 staff in our office that constantly need full access to Internet. Going through the month of February I needed to run additional expenses adding more data to all other devices in order to be semi operational. This has now increased my Telkom mobile bill to such an extent..... . I can't understand how you can report faults on a continuous basis and no one does anything regarding it. But when your monthly bill is not even in arrears Telkom is supper fast to hand you over to debt recovery agencies. I can't understand how a company like telkom with all their resources can not commit to providing the service they claim so gradually to give. What to do after a month of frustration?.
