Consistent bad service

Over the last 5 weeks we have been attempting to access a laptop deal from the Telkom Mobile store in Canal Walk. We have dealt with several different staff members and have experienced a series of unsuccessful interactions - Rafiek, Nicole, Elvis and then on our last visit Rodger. We have been assisted by the Regional Manager Nicholas Ashton which we thought was able to turn our situation around - but to date we still do not have our laptop. He called us a week ago to inform us that the staff been addressed and they will apologise to us once we are in store - yet they rather turned the other way and tried to seem invisible when we arrived. We were promised delivery after we were at the store to collect the laptop but of course there was yet another error, delivery needless to say has not taken place. We have now requested that Nicholas send us the details of the National Manager as it seems he is no longer able to help us - however he has failed to provide these details aswell. I wonder if this were these individuals personally owned business if they would treat their customers the same way...
