Connectivity issues in Lenasia South

I have been experiencing connectivity issues with Telkom for the past 2 months and I have raised this with their social media team but my complaints fall on deaf ears.

For the past two months every time I am at home in Lenasia South Ext 4 my connectivity drops and I cant connect to the internet, I have never had this issue before, yesterday my network was roaming the whole night.

Telkom kindly explain this to me or should we move over to other networks with better connection?????
