Connectivity issue

Telkom can they please take back they are router its been 3 weekd not been assisted now their agent disconnect calls with me refusing to transfer to their supervisor for fibre line had the same problem with web africa even now with telkom same issue no connectivity since march idont have wifi can someone from telkom assist me ireally need help
